Banana Bread Muffins ✨️🍌🧁 Very Demure.

ree

If you come to my house, we will always have wine & snacks ready!

Finally, I saved some bananas from seeing the garbage. Because I'm a girlie who doesn't like bananas, but I LOVE THIS RECIPE.

Adapted from the banana bread recipe on www.luvdanilee.com.

What You'll Need- Banana Bread Muffins 🍌

2-3 riped bananas, mashed

1 stick butter, melted

2/3 c sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp Vanilla

1.5 c flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

A ton of mini chocolate chips

Directions-

 Pre-heat oven to 385 degrees.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.

2. To the same bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spice mix to the wet mixture. Mix until almost fully incorporated and then add in your chocolate chips.

3. Spoon the batter into lined muffin tin. You should have enough batter for 12 muffins.

4. Bake at 385 degrees for 20-24 minutes.

5. Let cool slightly, but enjoy warm!

I loved your tutorial on banana-bread muffins the way you turned ripe bananas into something warm, comforting and a little bit indulgent hit the sweet spot. It makes me think how enrolling in an online accounting class could open up a similarly rich journey of discovery turning numbers into stories, spreadsheets into strategic insight.
