Hey Friends Hey! I was making the boys lunch over the weekend and thought... maybe I should actually write this out as a recipe. I promise this is super easy albeit a little time consuming, yet super yummy!
Enzo and Ari both enjoy them as do I. To make it easier on myself, I decided to use an all purpose seasoning salt rather than making up my own spice mix. Any short cut I'll take! I hope you enjoy these little nuggets as much as we do.

What You'll Need- 1lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces 1/4 c mayo 1/4 c mustard 1.5 cups plain panko crumbs 1 tbsp seasoning salt 1 tbsp olive oil Directions- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Mix mayo and mustard together in small bowl and set aside. In another bowl, combine panko, seasoning salt and olive oil. 3. Coat one piece of chicken in mayo mix and then sprinkle with panko mix all over. Repeat with each chicken nugget until all are done. 4. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or cooked through and golden brown. 5. Serve with favorite dipping sauce!
