I Can Taste Summer Coming | Summer Berry Salad

Hey Friends Hey! So when I think of spring and summer, I envision myself sipping Rose' in a garden with a big bowl of fruit! A delicious, refreshing, mix of summer goodness. What always comes to mind would be beautiful juicy berries! I'm sharing this recipe (I don't even know if we should even call it a recipe because it's that simple) because it's easy and doesn't take much effort at all. However, it some how gives the fruit such a most of flavor that you never knew the fruit needed. So guys, try it out! Now that I'm thinking... I would live to try this on other fruits too. I hope you enjoy!

What You'll Need: 1 lb Fresh Strawberries, washed & dried 1 pint Fresh Blueberries, washed & dried 2 tbsp agave 2 tsp cinnamon 1 vanilla pod, beans removed A few leaves of fresh mint Directions: 1. Remove stems from strawberries and cut strawberries in half and set aside. 2. Cut mint into small thin pieces. 3. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and gently mix until fruit is completely coated. 4. Garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy! Luv, Dani Lee
