Hey Friends Hey!
I’m so excited for the Christmas. I’m counting down the days until I get to give out gifts and see my little one open presents under the tree. In my family, we always have a big Christmas Eve dinner with Chinese takeout and baking cookies. We always meet the next day for Christmas dinner and exchange gifts. So when I met my husband, I was happy to know that they celebrated Christmas with a brunch! Win Win-for me! My first Christmas with his family was a great experience and I remember his sister making the most amazing grits! Listen guys, I was not a grits person before and she changed my heart!
So that brings me to this dish, Breakfast Pizza or for the sake of this blog post we can rename it the Brunch Pizza! Now, I don’t remember my food and nutrition teacher- but I do remember learning this dish and a few others my freshman year of high school. It was one of my favorite classes and this dish has stuck with me over the many years! I think you’ll like it and will make a great addition to your Christmas day traditions or any brunch throughout the year.
