Healthy...ish | Greek Yogurt Parfait

Are you like me and need something sweet after each meal. I know, I know! But I'm being honest here! I love sweets!

So a few weeks ago, I was at the brunch and in walks this wonderful woman with a tray full of sweet treat! And on that tray, yes, she had mini yogurt parfaits! There was something unique about them, she mixed almond butter with her granola! Omg! It was so delish that I decided to add it to my own oatmeal. If you know me, I eat yogurt, oatmeal, or eggs like every single day. On top of that, I only eat plain or vanilla greek yogurt (I have my reasons lol) and I have to eat it with blueberries and almonds lol.

Well enough about me! Let's check out the recipe. To keep it simple, I didn't add measurements. Also, switch up the toppings and fruits! Make it your own!

You will need:

Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt


Almond butter

Sliced almonds

Fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)


1. Add yogurt to bowl. Set aside.

2. Mix granola and almond butter together in separate small bowl. Add it to the yogurt.

3. Add remaining ingredients to yogurt bowl.

4. Serve!
